1. Who We Are and What These Terms Cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of S.C.R.I.P.T. AI, a marketing content-generation platform available at script-ai.co (the "Service"), operated by Jonyehsi Studio, Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you", "the user", "the merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

S.C.R.I.P.T. AI helps businesses generate marketing content using artificial intelligence, including but not limited to: audience research, monthly content plans, social media images and graphics, video scripts and shot-by-shot video direction (text prompts intended to be used with third-party AI video tools), written captions and ad copy, a content calendar, and — for merchants who connect their own Facebook Page — direct publishing to that Page.

Some outputs are finished deliverables generated directly within the Service (for example, social media images). Other outputs are prompt text only, which you are expected to copy and use in a separate third-party AI video generation tool of your choosing (for example, Google Flow/Veo, Kling, or Seedance/Dreamina). We do not generate video directly within the Service, and we have no control over, and no responsibility for, whether a third-party tool accepts, rejects, or moderates content you submit to it.

3. Accounts, Eligibility and Subscriptions

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the authority to bind the business you represent, to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plans, pricing, and usage allowances (e.g. number of images or generations per month) are described at script-ai.co and may be updated from time to time; where required by Malaysian law, applicable service tax (SST) is charged in addition to the listed subscription price.
• Subscriptions currently run for a fixed billing period and do not renew automatically — access ends at the end of your paid period unless you manually renew before then. There are no refunds for partial billing periods; if you renew, your new period begins at the end of your current one. We may introduce automatic renewal in the future, in which case this section will be updated in advance and you will be able to manage that setting in your account.
• Unused monthly usage allowances (images, generations, credits) do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless we state otherwise in writing.

4. Your Content and What You Upload

"Your Content" means anything you upload to or input into the Service, including business information, product details, and photographs of people, products, premises, or logos ("Uploaded Photos").

• You represent and warrant that you own, or have all necessary rights, licenses, and consents (including the consent of any person appearing in an Uploaded Photo) to upload and use that content, and to have it processed by our AI tools and any third-party AI providers we use to deliver the Service.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to depict any real person, including employees, customers, or family members, in content you generate — we do not verify this on your behalf.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (including sending it to third-party AI providers, and to Facebook if you choose to publish there, as described in our Privacy Policy).
• You retain ownership of Your Content. Subject to the license above and to third-party AI provider terms (see Section 6), you own the marketing content generated for you through the Service, and may use it commercially for your own business.

5. AI-Generated Content — No Guarantee of Accuracy or Results

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models to generate text, images, and prompts. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, may not always reflect your business exactly as intended, and may occasionally produce results that are unexpected, low-quality, or unsuitable for publication.
• Sample images shown anywhere in the Service (including the Prompt Library) are illustrative previews only. Your own generated results will vary and are not guaranteed to match any sample shown.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content — including checking for accuracy, appropriateness, trademark or copyright issues, and compliance with any advertising standards or laws applicable to you — before publishing or using it in any way, including publishing directly to a connected Facebook Page.
• We do not warrant that any AI-generated content will be error-free, uninterrupted, fit for a particular purpose, or free of any third party's rights.
• We are not responsible for any business outcome, engagement, sales result, or other consequence arising from your use of content generated through the Service.

6. Third-Party AI Providers, Platforms, and Facebook Publishing

The Service relies on third-party AI providers (including but not limited to Anthropic and Google, providers of the underlying models used for image and text generation) and, for video, references third-party tools you use independently (including Google Flow/Veo, Kling, and Seedance/Dreamina). You acknowledge that:

• Each third-party provider has its own content policies, acceptable use rules, and terms of service, which may change at any time without notice to us.
• We make reasonable efforts to write prompts that comply with the published content policies of these providers, but we cannot and do not guarantee that any specific prompt or generation request will be accepted, will succeed, or will not be rejected, filtered, or moderated by a third-party provider.
• If you connect a Facebook Page and use the Service to publish to it, that publish is subject to Meta's own Platform Terms and Community Standards; we are not responsible for Meta removing, restricting, or limiting the reach of content you choose to publish.
• We are not liable for any action taken by a third-party AI provider or by Meta, including rejecting your content, suspending access, or changing pricing, credit allowances, or availability of their tools.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or request content that is:

• illegal under Malaysian law or the law of your jurisdiction;
• sexually explicit, exploitative, or involving the depiction of harm to minors in any way;
• defamatory, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory;
• infringing of any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights (including using a real, unauthorized celebrity or public figure);
• fraudulent, deceptive, or intended to mislead consumers, including false medical, health, or financial claims;
• otherwise in violation of the acceptable use policies of any third-party AI provider used by the Service, or of Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including its software, design, the Prompt Library's template wording, and all underlying technology — is owned by Jonyehsi Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Service, the Prompt Library's underlying prompt text, or any part of the platform itself, outside of the ordinary use of generating your own marketing content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jonyehsi Studio, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) Your Content, including any Uploaded Photos you did not have the right to use; (b) your use of AI-generated content in violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) your breach of any representation or warranty made in these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; certain sections of these Terms (including Sections 5, 6, 9, and 10) survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
