1. Free trial first

Every new account can try one full 7-step campaign for free, with no card or payment needed, so you can decide whether S.C.R.I.P.T. AI suits your business before paying anything.

2. How subscriptions work

• Plans are paid in advance for a fixed period: monthly (RM138), 3 months (RM388) or annual (RM1,500). Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit.
• Your plan starts when we confirm your payment, and runs for the full period you paid for.
• Plans do not renew automatically. Before your plan ends we will remind you, and you can choose whether to renew. If you renew early, the new period starts when your current one ends, so you never lose days.

3. Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time by simply not renewing, or by telling us on WhatsApp or at [email protected].
• After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Your saved work stays in your browser; please download anything you want to keep before your access ends.

4. Refunds

• Payments are non-refundable, including for unused days or an unused AI allowance in a period you have already started.
• Exceptions — we will refund you if you were charged twice or the wrong amount by mistake, or if we are unable to provide the Service to you for a substantial part of your paid period because of a fault on our side.
• Approved refunds are paid back to the bank account you paid from, normally within 14 working days.
• Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other Malaysian law.
